Ruri is an adults-only dating application operated by Alix Beziau, Australia. Contact: ruri.datingapp@gmail.com. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before accepting them in the app.

Who may use Ruri

You must be at least 18. Provide accurate account information and your real date of birth. Keep your login secure, use only an account you are authorised to use, and do not impersonate another person. A verification badge is a photo comparison, not a guarantee of identity, age, liveness or safety.

Your profile and content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Ruri permission to store, process and display it to eligible members according to your choices, and to review scoped content for safety reports, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This permission is limited to operating and protecting Ruri; it does not authorise unrelated use or sale of your content. Only upload content you have the right to share, including permission from anyone shown. Optional sensitive details may be left blank, changed or removed; hiding a field does not erase its stored value.

Community and child-safety rules

Do not post, upload or send illegal content; harassment, threats, hate or discrimination; sexual exploitation; non-consensual sexual material; explicit sexual content; scams, spam or deceptive commercial solicitations; private information about another person without permission; or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not solicit money or offer sexual services. Do not circumvent a block, ban, age restriction, purchase verification or other security protection.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors and any attempt to sexually exploit a child are strictly prohibited. Ruri is not available to minors. Read our Child Safety Standards. Report suspected child exploitation immediately using the app or the support address.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

Use Report, Block or Unmatch on a profile or conversation when needed. Reports can contain your explanation, supported evidence and limited surrounding conversation context. Authorised staff may warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts for violations or safety concerns, and may remove content. Contact support to ask for review of a moderation decision. Safety records may be retained for the purposes and criteria described in the Privacy Policy. Meet cautiously and contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

Purchases, subscriptions and ads

Google Play displays the actual price, currency, benefits and billing terms before you buy. Weekly Premium renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access follows the period and status confirmed by Google Play. One-time packs and Incognito have the quantities or durations shown in the shop. Rewards and purchases are granted only after server verification. Approved Play test purchases and test ads remain testing mechanisms.

Use Restore purchases when available to reconcile eligible purchases for the original account. Consumed packs are not granted twice. Refunds and revocations may remove the corresponding entitlement or unused credits. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Google Play and contact Ruri for delivery problems. Deleting your Ruri account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and a subscription does not prevent account deletion. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

Privacy, export and leaving Ruri

The Privacy Policy describes data, providers, visibility, permissions, safety retention and your choices. You can export your own data in Settings and delete your account using the simple Yes/No confirmation. You can also follow our web deletion instructions. Account deletion does not erase another person’s independently retained copy or records kept for a lawful safety or other retention reason.

Availability and changes

Ruri does not guarantee a match or another member’s behaviour. We may maintain or change the service and will provide legally required notice, remedies and protections. Material changes to these Terms will have a new version and require appropriate notice or renewed acceptance. Applicable law and mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in force.

Acceptance record

The app asks for an unchecked, explicit acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy before you create or publish profile content or messages. Ruri records your account identifier, accepted version and acceptance time on the server. Existing members are asked in the updated app; we do not record acceptance on their behalf. Members can still export or delete their account or sign out without accepting.
